Thank you for raising this new thread per my recommendation! It looks like you were able to get a ticket created with support in the meantime, and my colleague is now helping you with your request.
To clarify, if your Cloud site has Standard Support or higher, then you can use the support portal that @Nic Brough -Adaptavist- referred to. (Reference: Atlassian Support Offerings).
In your case, since you mentioned in the other thread that your site is a Cloud Free account, then creating a new question here on Community as I instructed you to do is the right way to get in touch with support. My apologies for the confusion!
I'll be watching your support case in the meantime, in case there are any issues.
