Hello Atlassian Support Team,

My Jira and Confluence cloud site was deleted due to inactivity. I would like to request recovery if the site is still within the retention period.

Welcome to Atlassian community!

I see that the site itorreydata-frankzhu.atlassian.net was deactivated which was on free plan due to inactivity.

I have worked with our billing team internally and the site is now reactivated on free plan again.
