hello!

My confluence pages continue to be flagged by our accessibility team. The provided the following feedback on a recent page:

"When the page is reflowed to 400% via ARC Toolkit, the content becomes challenging to impossible to perceive. Visible keyboard focus is sometimes impossible to see."

Could you let me know how we can make content more accessible?
