Restrict/Hide Create from Template button

I have a create from template button on a page in confluence. I would like to hide the button from people that aren't able to use it. Currently if a user can't use it it's visible but it send them to the home page when they click it.

Can this be hidden from the people that cannot use it?

You may get this using the Visibility plugin.
