Restrict user to one space and one space only

kardon October 4, 2021

Hello everyone,

I was wondering if it is possible to restrict a user to only one space. I don't want them to even the see the main page so that they can't see the recent updates.

Sadly I haven't found a solution that keeps the user from seeing the main page.

Would this be possible?

Any help is appreciated

Hi @kardon

It is possible to give access to only one space to user. For this please go through this link it will help you to understand how to do it.

See if you give the access to only one space then the user only able to see recents update to that space only.

Answer provided by Mayur for restricting the user to only one space is correct. Regarding the site dashboard, a user can only see all updates from the pages where he has read access. So anyway the user won't be able to see updates from other spaces if he doesn't have access to them.
