I am receiving requested access/grant access emails from consultants who are requesting access to certain pages in wiki. Most of the requests are for blog posts. However, the blogs/pages they are requesting access to are locked down/restricted for myself and two other colleagues to view only (the content is now outdated).
If the page/blog is locked down/restricted, how are they able to request access to the blog in the first place? Why is it appearing in search results?
The pages will be archived at some stage but am trying to figure out how people can request access to pages that have restricted permissions?
