Hello! I know that if someone clicks on a link to a page that is restricted, s/he cannot view the content and is met with a restriction message. My question is (since I have a large company where everyone's edits can be viewed on the main confluence newsfeed), do people still see my activity – e.g. if I upload attachment X to a restricted page, will others even without viewing access be able to see that I have uploaded an attachment by the name of Attachment X (even if they can't click/view it)?
I need to make sure people can't even see the names of my files or the names of my pages, even if they can't click on them; do these show at all in the newsfeed?
Thanks!
You should not see content that is restricted to you ... even in the feeds.
