Restrictions

We are having some access-issues in a page in Confluence, that has happened before. Hope you can help.

There is an employee's personal space in confluence, where the employee set up the settings: anyone on confluence can view and edit. But one of our colleagues doesn't have access to that page. 

When I click on the lock, and check the Inspect permissions, it shows our colleague as : Pol Cirujeda can’t view or comment on this page because they're denied permissions on 1 level. 

How can we change this?? Thanks in advance
