Rights within Confluence

Ferry Portier

We have granted limited rights to our space to a select group of people. now we want to open a certain page to all confluence users. I did this by limiting the restrictions on the specific page and giving the group confluence users only view rights.

However, Confluence users cannot view the page and receive the message that they do not have access.

Hi @Ferry Portier

Please check the following pages about permissions:

https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/what-are-confluence-cloud-permissions-and-restrictions/
https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/assign-space-permissions/

You are missing space permissions for the group of users. There are three levels of permissions in Confluence: global permissions, space permissions, and page restrictions.

check if the space permissions for that group are set.

Or try the inspect permissions at the top when setting page restrictions.

Regards
