Hi everyone,
We’re testing a Rovo agent that generates a PRD (Product Requirements Document) and is supposed to create a Confluence page afterward.
The agent successfully generates the PRD, but when it executes the “Create page” skill, which should create new content in a Confluence space, nothing happens.
The user running the action is an admin of the space and can create pages manually without any issue, so it doesn’t seem to be a permission problem.
I’ve attached an image showing what appears when the agent tries to create the page.
Has anyone else faced this?
Is there any specific configuration required for the Rovo agent to create pages in Confluence, or could this be a current product limitation?
Thanks a lot for any insight!
Allan
In your plan Confluence Cloud Standard, Rovo agents can use the "Create page" skill (included in all plans), but it often requires user confirmation (ex: selecting space/template), and actions like this have limits (ex: 100 rule runs/month via underlying automation). The "trigger" field looks like it's expecting an automation trigger or template, but none are available (No options) -> which is common if the space has no templates or automations set up.
You can try these quick troubleshooting shteps:
1) Quick Troubleshooting:
If still stuck (e.g., bug in Rovo for Standard), submit a support ticket: support.atlassian.com/contact > Rovo > Agent issues > Include screenshot, agent ID, and trace if any. They've fixed similar "no options" in other tools. :)
I hope everything works well for you.
Best,
Peter
