SAML SSO is not out of the box functionality for Confluence Server, so here are the steps for help:

  1. Go to Confluence Admin | Manage Apps and locate your SAML SSO app
  2. Expand the listing and click on Support and issues to find out about their support
  3. Ask the relevant vendor for support
