Hello

Since we deployed SSL encryption through our business, Confluence is no longer functioning as it should. When a user creates a page, they're unable to edit any properties, all the buttons are greyed out.

To resolve, we added a proxy bypass in for the URL: *URL Removed, it's a link to our confluence site* - this has not helped. Can you confirm if we need to add any additional bypass rules to our proxy to allow Confluence to function normally? I cannot find a list of required bypass URLs to allow websockets over 443 SSL on your support section

Thanks

We figured this out based on our proxy logs, for anyone wondering, the following SSL bypass was required:

*.services.atlassian.com

I was unable to find this information via support, it may be beneficial to have an official fix logged somewhere.
