SSO prompt for "please enter an email"

We're using Confluence cloud in our company. The SSO works but users are having to manually enter their email addresses or click "Continue with Microsoft".

Is it possible to select "Continue with Microsoft" automagically by default instead of the prompts?

If I understood your question correctly, the answer is no.
User when navigating on your instance, if not logged in, they have to choose their desired way of logging in.

We have our intranet that signs into Microsoft without prompt. Is Confluence just not coded this way to support seamless SSO?

@Andrew Barnes I don't think that Atlassian has a seemless login integration with any identity provider. Does your intranet has an external app which provides this seamless login? E.g. https://miniorange.com/atlassian
