Salesforce and Confluence DC - connector

Wondering if anyone have any recommendations about the Salesforce and Confluence Data Center connector?
There's quite a few for cloud, but nothing available for the data center version. 
Curious if anyone has used a different solution or a vendor for that?
Looking for syncing the articles from salesforce into confluence and vice-versa.

It seems there aren't any Salesforce/confluence apps for DC, only cloud.
