Does anyone know if the Confluence 4 installer (Linux) can be scripted to do an upgrade? I tried using the response.varfile as described in the documentation but it threw an error.
# ./atlassian-confluence-4.2.8-x32.bin -q -varfile response.varfile

The installation directory has been set to /usr/local/confluence-4.
It appears that Confluence is already installed in the directory you selected. Please choose a different directory.
That error normally happens when you select install instead of upgrade in the installer.
