Hello,
We have end user documentation in different languages using Scroll.
The default language in Scroll is set to Dutch.
We are using Confluence 6.4.1.
The default language of Confluence itself is set to English.
Dutch is not an available for Confluence.
Even when a guest user hes set their browser preferred language to Dutch, when open the documentation homepage, it is loaded in English, instead of Dutch.
Is there a way to make the Scroll pages to use Dutch as the default for guest users?
Hi Fred,
I assume you're referring to Scroll Translations? Can you please check if it works as expected, if your user has set the Confluence language to "Automatically detect browser setting"?
We have a help page in our help center explaining which language is displayed when users enter a space for the first time.
I hope this information helps. Please let me know if there are any additional questions.
Best,
Nils
Hi Fred,
Can you confirm which Scroll add-on you're currently using for this? I want to tag the question with the product tag so that those who support it will be able to see it.
Kind regards,
Shannon
