Hello community!
I have a question about the search in Confluence. In my case it does not work as it should and as I expect.
I noticed that when I want quickly access one of my pages through the search bar, the search result doesn't show me the pages I'm looking for.
For example, I have a page called "Impact analysis process", I can access it directly. But when I type "impact analysis process" in the search bar, I can't see it in search results.
The same behaviour I observe for many other pages.
Could someone tell me how can I fix it?

Since you're on a Free plan this may not work for you...
The behavior that you describe indicates a broken index. It does happen once in a while. Unfortunately, as far as I know, only Atlassian can re-index your site on Cloud.
I would still try to visit https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ and, after filling in some essentials, a Chat option should appear.
I'd argue that re-indexing is required and it's not a self-service option.
When I had the same issue, Atlassian Support was able to sort it out in about 3 minutes.

I noticed something changed in the search on my Confluence instance last week. I cannot pinpoint exactly what it is, but it seems that results are not as good as they used to be, especially when searching with more than one keyword. I thought it was just my imagination, but something is different.

One common reason for search not working as expected is indexing problems. Kindly try rebuilding the index.

@Humashankar VJ Re-indexing is not a self-service option on Cloud. Only Atlassian support can re-index the site.
(the only option is selecting Indexing language).
