Search in embedded jira content does not work

I would like to use the jira-issue macro to identify content within conluence with the confluence search.
However, this only works if the corresponding keywords have been assigned to the respective infomartions.
This makes no sense and/or is too time-consuming, since the content can be changed.
Which requirements must be fulfilled, so that the full text search also searches the embedded contents?

The Confluence search only searches the information indexed in Confluence.  External information from Jira or any other site is not indexed or searched.  There is a KB that explains how to replace the confluence search so you can get this functionality here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/setting-up-confluence-to-index-external-sites-190077.html
