Security field

Hello,

How does work the security field in confiform. 

In my organisation threre is several group. 

Is it possible to use this type of field to restrict the acces of a record to a particular group.

Is it a filter i have to use on cardview

Hi

This is a field that lists security groups found in your Confluence instance in a dropdown (single or multi-select) field

A convenient way to select a group.

You can use it to restrict edit permissions for field(s) in a record, using it inside the "Editable only by groups/users" parameter of a ConfiForms Field Definition macro for field(s) you want to restrict

Referencing it via [entry.your_security_group_field_name_here]

PS, And as with any other field in ConfiForms you can use it in filters. Of course
