Sending mails from confluence to JIRA are ignored (as they are considered bulk)

We have Confluence and we are using the FormNG plugin to allow users to fill in a request.
The result is then sent by email to JIRA for further processing.

Alas, that was the idea, but the mail sent out by Confluence is bounced by JIRA due to

... Email handler The message has been rejected: Rejecting message due to failed bulk check.

Any idea how to catch this (apart from generating the mail ourselves)

Francis

Hey there, Francis.

I noticed that it has been a while since you received any response here. Therefore, I would recommend you to contact the plugin vendor to get your query answered.

Hope this helps and good luck.

We resolved in another way (not with FormNG).

Now that you bring up the contacts - I'm wondering if Adaptavist is tracking plugin specific questions on AAC ? AAC is much more efficient than any direct support channel as other people would benefit from their answers.

Thank you for the response, Francis. As far as I know, yes. They do keep track of plugin specific based on the tags. As an example, this question is tagged with addon-com.adaptavist.confluence.formmailng.

Since AAC is open to everyone, we do agree with you that it is efficient as every user, developers, and admins are able to view, discuss, and benefit from it. :)
