Service desk customer access

I have the access granted to the customers of the service desk portal to my space, but when the user accesses the base url (which shows the space mentioned) it gives a permission error. Access is successful only if you type the complete space url. I would like that, even in the base url, the service desk client could have access to the space.

My question is about confluence access. Not the service desk access. Service Desk is ok.
