I want to set the value of a text field with a specific legend and also configure it as read-only, this depending on the value of a combo field, can you please help me?

So, you want to make a certain field read-only based on the value of another field. Sadly, we cannot achieve this with Jira alone.

You might want to explore Behaviours on the Scriptrunner plug-in.
