Hello,

is there a way to write a Confluence marco where I have some Checkoxes.

And if a Checkbox is selected a defined page permission will be set?

For example we have a protocol with 3 stages:

Draft, Review, Finished

Draft is only for the author, Review is for a defined group of people and Finished is for everyone.

I would be happy for any advices :)

Hi Maike,

Another solution could be our Easy Document Signer. Your requirement can be solved perfectly. You can find it on the Marketplace. There is also a link to our example page.

Regards,
Stephan (CEO of EPS Software Engineering, the vendor of the Easy Document Signer)

Hi Maike,

There are a few different Approvals Apps Available on the Atlassian Marketplace that could satisfy this requirement; I've seen many Customers use the Comala Workflow options in their instances.
