Set textbox value based on selections made on two different multiselects.

I want to create a confluence form with below scenario.

How should i keep my data of around 200 records and filter them based on below scenario.

School (Smart Multiselect 1): List down all the schools.

Grade (Smart Multiselect 2): List down all the grades in the above selected school.

Number of students (Textbox): Show number of students in the above selected grades.

Where is the data for your schools and grades is stored and in what format?

How do you have this data collected? What structure it is?
