I am developing a full suite of procedures and I need to implement a control of ensuring the procedure is reviewed on an annual basis. Is there a way to set a reminder or timer on a page that would then trigger a notification or email to a user?
Use the Better Content Archiving for Confluence app this way:
When the expiration date comes or the date hasn't been edited for 365 days, the email goes out to the stakeholders. Then can then go, view the page and decide:
This approach will fully automate the review process. You can set it up once and forget about it!

Hi @Lisa Perry ,
You can use our Handy Reminder macro to set custom reminders with flexible notification criteria. For example, you decide who will get the notification (a particular user, several users, or user groups), when the notification is sent, whether it will be recurring, and what’s the period if so. You can adjust the notification message as well.
Handy Reminder is available within the Handy Macros for Confluence app. At the moment, it’s been implemented on Data Center and Server. Can you confirm that you need any similar functionality on Cloud? We’d be happy to discuss the details with you.
Best regards,
Anastasia
