Hi Barbara,

One possible way is to delete the Home folder contents; this will ensure you are taken to the Setup screen again. This, assuming you want to install Confluence from scratch.

You need to explain what part of setup is broken and what errors you see when you try to restart it.  A look at the log file might tell us something too.
