Setup new Confluence site

I have already a Confluence 

I need to make a new site with another domain name and clone 2 repository there.

how should I implement it ?

I don't want to buy another license

@Pankaj Sharma If by repository you mean Space, you can easily accomplish that using space export and import.

But part, where you said, "don't want to buy another license" is not possible. Confluence Server license are per installation/site, and you can't use single license for multiple sites. This voids Atlassian Terms.
