Sharepoint Connector link spins in Confluence Cloud

We have downloaded the SharePoint Connector tool to our Confluence Cloud. We ran a test in Confluence by linking to a SharePoint document. The following occurred.

1. Some team members can view the document in Confluence.

2. One User who is an Admin for both Confluence and SharePoint just sees a spinning icon and the document never materializes. 

3. When the document does resolve for some users, the title of the box reads "OneDrive" even though the document is located in SharePoint. 

Can someone please assist?
