I am administering a cloud subscription set up by someone previously. We are primary Confluence-only users. Previously, all the users were added/invited from the product (Confluence) and users and groups are managed there. There are no users listed in the Directory at the organization level.
I was considering changing that. Will it make a difference in security or manageability? Will it negatively impact the existing users in Confluence?
