Show team members from the space (user profiles in the space) in the meeting note

I have the team members (role and profile) in the space. I want to design a meeting note template showing that information at the beginning of the template. I tried page properties in the space and page properties report in the template with that info, but it doesn't work. Any idea? Thanks !!
