Sign the document or page information

Is it possible to ensure that the employee has familiarized himself with the information provided (read it). Is it possible to sign it somehow so that we can collect information and archive it? 

We use confluence basic, maybe there is free app for that?

I'm unfortunately not aware of a free app offering this functionality - but there are some paid ones in the Atlassian Marketplace.

The Comala Read Confirmation app seems to do exactly what you want.

We're using internally for that purpose our app Scroll Documents, e.g. to make sure that every employee has confirmed that they're up to date with the newest data security guidelines.
