Simple Auto-scaling theme not available in on-demand??

We're using Confluence on-demand and want to make pages available to the public.

We want to drop this into a iframe on a tabbed page that would include other things, however there is no simple scheme that auto scales. It either has the unnecessary sidebar or has navigation links across the top.. or doesn't scale.

There appear to be simple solutions for this for the self hosted solution, but it seems I cannot install new themes in on-demand. (Though the tips on the themes page suggest that I could)

Is there any way to do this??
