Simple backup / restore fails

Created a site backup, created a new account and tryed to site restore the backup

afther 19 minutes the restore fails with the meaning full error " Error importing site"

is this function working ?

Site restore from Server may result in issues for many reasons

Please follow the below documentation for properly importing the data

If you could include the screenshot of what error you are getting or if it's just a error, try raising a support ticket with Atlassian
