We have been using Confluence now for about 4 months with no trouble at all, but as of 25/03/14 we have been getting 'Page not Found' on our site Homepage, therefore we are unable to Create any new Documents (Can edit existing ok)
I noticed this coincided with the 'Degraded Performance' for confluence.atlassian.comon your status page http://status.atlassian.com/. Are the problems we are getting related to this?
I have looked a previous similar questions so have checked our base URL is correctly set https://onpoint.atlassian.net/wiki(has not been changed since initial set up)
Please can you assist
thanks
issue has been resolved - I raised a support ticket and issue has been fixed (though I am still waiting to hear what the actual problem was)
Thanks for getting back to me, No I havent changed the Site's homepage, it just seems odd that the Create button is no longer there for anyone to select.
Under General Configuration > Site Configuration;
<label id="editbaseurl-label" for="editbaseurl"> Server Base URL </label> https://onpoint.atlassian.net/wiki
My personal settings were set to Dashboard, when changing this to a particular Space it didn't seem to make a difference, still returned Page Not Found.
How do I go about contacting support?

Hi Nicky, Have you changed your Site's homepage to use a page instead of the Confluence Dashboard? You can find this out in the Confluence Admin console > General Configuration > Site Homepage. If a page is listed as your homepage, check that this page still exists and has not been deleted or restricted. If 'Dashboard' is listed I would recommend contacting support as something has gone wrong with your instance.
The Degraded Performance warning on the Status page refers to confluence.atlassian.comwhere we host our documentation. It is not related to your Confluence instance.
