Site-level javascript and Navigation edits

I'm trying to move to the cloud from Confluence Server.  I'm struggling with 2 main features that are missing.

1. I need to edit my navigation options.  We're using this as an external site for system documentation.  I don't need the Home, spaces, Apps, or Template options in the navigation bar.  How can I remove those?

2. My server product is using a jQuery script in the Custom HTML options to add a "contact support" link and a "terms of service" link at the bottom of every page throughout our site.  Is there any way to do this on the cloud?  I tried to install a few apps, but that just enables custom javascript on each page, not at the site level.
