Skip link feature is not working after upgrading to 8.5.15

Skip links is not working with the shortcut ctrl+shift+u+8 on edit and u+8 on view page, it's only showing skip to main content and that button is also not working

If so, can you share which browser you use and have you tested it on multiple browsers, with any browser addon or plugins disabled?

How to enable it? Iam using chrome browser
