We have moved from Confluence 5.3 to 6.6.8 the startup is very slow and one
step takes 6-7 minutes, an extract from the log is the following:-

We have the Standalone server verion of Confluence
What's going on?
sloution was to enable the Collabrative system plugin and then disable Collabrative editing in the admin dashboard, weird tho'

Looks like you forgot about synchrony

it used by for collaborative editing. Hence you need adjust memory using.
