"I have a confluence space, where I do provide access to mentioned user X,Y,"
Does the user have an actual seat (paid or guest access) and are their permissions for that particular space set properly?
If yes
"I do not have any restrictions in my space"
Do you have any restriction on the page? A page can be restricted so much that not even admin can access it :)
Are you sharing a normal confluence link or public link?
Is it the primary link that gives the user the access prompt or is it a link on the share page?
Do the users have been granted a Confluence license?
By adding them to a space, what kind of permissions are granted to them, or are there page restrictions set.

Are you sending a link to a specific space? If so, check to see if that specific page has restrictions. Even if a user have access to the space they may not have access to the page if view restrictions are used. Also note that view restrictions are inherited down from the parent, so even if the page in question do not have restrictions, it could be another page further up in the tree that does.
