Hi Experts,
We migrated from a Confluence Server to Confluence Cloud. The users and groups were successfully migrated, but the spaces and pages were not. Also, we haven’t purchased a Confluence Cloud subscription yet—we are still using the free trial. Could that be the reason why the migration of spaces and pages didn’t happen?

Dinesh
Hi @Dinesh Vashapaka and welcome to the community.
Migration should also be possible with the free version and if not, the Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant (CCMA) should've informed you about this in advance.
I assume you've used CCMA, or did you use another way for the migration?
If you used CCMA, did it provide any errors or did it state that the migration of all spaces was successful?
If latter: The migration overview page should contain links to the spaces in the Cloud. Can you access the spaces through this?
Without much more infos to go at, I'm currently assuming that it's rather a permission issue - unless the migration totally failed and nothing was migrated.
Also, to rule out a permission issue, you (or an admin) can view the space permission page which will show all the spaces and give the possibility to grant this admin permissions to each space.
You'll find it under the Administration (Cog in top right corner) -> Space permissions (under Security). Or by adjusting the following link and using this: https://YOURSITE.atlassian.net/wiki/admin/permissions/space-permissions/allspaces
I hope that helps. If not, provide us with some more infos and we're happy to look into it with you.
Greetings
Philipp
Hi Philipp,
Thank you very much for the quick response, I used JCMA to migration confluence server to cloud and I did not get any error in pre-checks.

Hi Dinesh,
thanks for the info. So, when you look at the migration details, do you see spaces that were migrated? And if so, can you click the links and do you get into the spaces in Cloud?
Greetings
Philipp
