Space centric authoring permissions

Is there a way to provide Space centric authoring permissions, that are limited to a User in a particular Space?

Hi @Ngaire Stratton 

You can set Space-specific permissions:

• Go to your Space, and select Space Settings from the left-hand menu
• Under the Space Permissions section, select General
• Grant users the "Add" permission under the Pages & Whiteboards section

^ If users already have broad access to all Spaces, I would...

• Review Group-level access; ensure catch-all Groups like "confluence-users" don't have "Add" access (unless you want them to)
• Check the default permissions for new Spaces do not provide too much access:
  • Go to Settings (cog icon in top-right)
  • Select Space Permissions from the left-hand menu
  • Modify the Default Permissions as required
