I have a situation where the existing home page has been treated as a standard child page and has been restricted, this has created an issue where an administrator cannot access this space or child pages despite adding themselves into the permissions manually.
I have tried modifying groups and injecting permission into parent groups but it seems to be down to the fact that the space home page has been locked down with restrictions.
I have fixed it, I was an admin but not at the tenant level, I can now see the admin key functionality for restricted spaces...Thank you
Neil
@Neil Bell Welcome to Confluence! On the plan level you are on, you should have access to Admin Key to be able to override any permissions, access the page, and update the permissions.
Have you been able to follow these steps?
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
There are different admins in Confluence Cloud.
Do you know which classification you have? You need to be a Site Admin to use the Admin Key.
