Spurious User invitation

A fellow employee I've never heard from before notified me that she'd received an invitation to login to our Confluence Cloud instance (it's the free Migration instance, we haven't gone live with Confluence Cloud yet).

I have no recollection of adding this User to our instance. I see no audit trail that proves I sent the invitation. How did this User wind up with an email invitation in her Inbox?

I've suspended her account until I learn whether this is legitimate.

The User is Tigist Demissie.

I wonder if you have it setup to automatically add Confluence to any new users. If you go to the user management area under administration and search for their name and show details is Confluence checked?
