Create three pages (or tabs) in Confluence for the Documentation Schedule. – one for Active, one for Pending, and one for History.
This will allow us to keep records on upcoming projects (pending), active projects (same as the one we have now), and previous projects (history).
We need to be able to move rows from – for example, the Active page – to the History page when the project is over.
I would use page properties macros and some combination of add-ons (e.g. Table Filter) to dynamically generate lists of projects based on their changing status on these three pages.
