I tried allowing cookies and disabled ublock origins and umatrix on all atlassian sites, but still i cannot visit my confluence dashboard.
OS: Win 10 Edu 1909
Browser: Google Chrome Version 78.0.3904.108 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Some options to try -
1 - Clean up the cookies, cache and lower the cookies setting in the Chrome browser and try using Incognito window.
2 - Try browsing to the Confluence site using another browser, after sometime try accessing through Chrome.
I also notice that, some of the users are also experiencing this issue with Confluence Cloud instances. please refer to this
