Our product team has been using Confluence product and all of a sudden no one can access all the content we've been putting together.
You can see the message we are seeing...
How can you just suspend without any notice to users who has been putting so much effort into building a knowledge base? Please help fix the issue ASAP...

This is a problem the Community cannot help you with directly, we have no access to billing or payment systems - you need to reach out to your Site Admin for that.
