Support period- Your commercial Confluence support and updates are available until Jul 08, 2019

Hi Team,

In our confluence setup I am getting this above message "Your commercial Confluence support and updates are available until Jul 08, 2019". 

Does this disable all the license and my confluence become read-only?
Or it is just related to renewing the support and that only support expires and we will not be able to do upgrades. Remaining functionality will work.

Server License is perpetual. If the license expire you would loose maintenance, but the application would continue to work.

Thanks for replying, any idea what would happen to my user licenses? Will it get affected?
