Sync AD Attributes into Confluence Cloud

I have currently setup Azure Ad for Jira which syncs user profile attributes into jira tickets.

Is there something similar for Confluence? 
The user profile macro is very limited, it only contains the username + email adress.
I would like to be able to sync: job role etc.
