Synchrony service is stopped or has errors.

Hi All,

I just want to seek some help on our synchrony error happened last September until now. We encountered "The Synchrony service is stopped or has errors." I already changed the synchrony port to 8092 and add memory heap size to 2gb but still no effect.

Is there anybody here that encountered the same error and fixed it? Thank you in advance for your response.

Although we do not have a similar problem, I want to try to help. Have you looked at this page Troubleshooting Collaborative Editing? There are some tips to verify.
