it looks like the same problem you seem to have solved here. Unfortunately according to the screenshot - according to the URL (djb.gov.in) it does not seem to have a Confluence problem.
If you are using the Confluence Server edition, contact your Confluence administrator for assistance. If you use Confluence Cloud (URL https://xxx.atlassian.net), then you must write to Atlassian support (https://support.atlassian.com/)- none of the regular users in this community have the opportunity to check your issue.
