This is interesting. When a module is not found, this often happens when a plugin has been installed or upgraded and needs the plugin cache to be cleared. There are often other errors associated with the "module not found" error that give a better idea of what is going on. To find these errors, restart Jira and read the entire logs as Jira starts up. You most likely will find additional clues.
